Laminectomies

Laminectomy is a spine operation to remove the portion of the vertebral bone called the lamina.

Degenerative changes in the spine may lead to enlargement of the bone and add pressure on the spinal cord. This is condition affects mostle elderly patients and is referred as spinal stenosis.
