What are your business hours?

Our practice hours are from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday through Friday, except holidays. Appointments can be made by calling (713) 664-0894. Our telephone reception staff can offer you the earliest available appointment with Dr. Ansell.

Can x-rays be done in your practice?

There is an X-ray department at Foundation Surgical Hospital next door to our practice.

What should I bring with me when I come for an appointment?

When you come for your appointment, remember to bring the following

• Insurance information
• Copies of medical records, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits
• If you have seen a physiotherapist, please bring a progress letter from the therapist
• If you have had surgery elsewhere, please bring a copy of your operative report
• When bringing copies of diagnostic procedures performed on your spine, such as, X-rays, MRI, or CT, please bring a copy of the films or CD/ROM and be prepared to leave these copies with our office for the duration of your care with Dr. Ansell.
